hiffletree in Plano.  One of the most sought after neighborhoods in Plano is Whiffletree V, VI, VII.  This neighborhood of about 400 homes features large lots, trees, neighborhood elementary school, park, lake and a public library. 

The neighborhood was first developed in the mid 1980s.  Some of the finest custom builders in the area built a collection of one off custom homes.  However the savings and loan crisis in the late eighties slowed the neighborhood development and it was not until about 2000 that all the lots in the neighborhood were taken.
